Mid-Western Summer

Took a trip this weekend through the greater Mid-west (Iowa, Missouri, and Illinois) and caught this pic. Love the sky against the background!!!

Summer Palace

One of 2 Summer Palaces in Beijing. It is built around a HUGE man-made lake. They took the dirt from the lake and used it to build the mountains around it. Then they built the palace on the mountains. It is a truly beautiful sight!
