Sigh, this tree was so beautiful, it would make a lovely wedding background!
So apparently, Iowa City/Coralville is the kingdom of all things daffodils. I swear, I”ve never seen so many! The city plants them around all the city buildings/monuments, the colleges use them in all their gardens, and most of the locals have a patch or two out front. Maybe because they bloom so early?

It’s funny. I always thought pelicans and seagulls were oceanic birds. However, we actually have a ton of them in the midwest. For some reason the gulls like the Rivers (and the farms). You will see a lot of them in the water pooling in the rows of crops on the farm. And the pelicans show up with the eagles in winter. Now sure if they get confused by the river water or what, but hey! I get to see pelicans!!

Say hello to Spring! Apparently April Showers really do bring April Flowers, at least daffodils. Spring has Sprung at last!
Roof Garden in Seoul, Korea. I had never really been on one of the roof gardens, so I expected then to be kind of small. However, apparently some of them are a pretty decent size!
