Sprites at Play

I love fountains – to be honest I just love water-based scapes of any kind – rainy days, the ocean, the great lakes, . . . water soothes my spirit ❤

Finding my Joy

Everyone should share their favorite #onthewayhome sight 😃😃 What spot of beauty or happiness guides your steps at night?🌷

In the still of the afternoon

Surrounded by the peaceful rest of the rising mountains, the little town in turn sheltered the still of the waters.

Eternally optimistic

‘To see a world in a grain of sand and heaven in a wild flower is to hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour.’ – William Blake

Mr. Fluffy

Say ‘Hello’ to our neighborhood fluff-ball. He was not super impressed with me and I am deathly allergic of him. But we eyed each other from a distance and he ignored me graciously while I praised his floofiness from afar 😂

Brillianr Day

Day lillies – making the world one day brighter!

On the Parapet!

While walking along the wall yesterday, I saw a pair of pet parrots on the parapet 😂😂😂 No lie! 😄🐦🐦

Yeouido, Seoul

One of my favorite places,to visit in #Seoul is the park at #Yeouido. I visited Seoul in 2013 during June and it was already SO HOT that my plans of wandering the city died pretty quickly. Instead I packed picnic lunches and spent a week mostly wandering from air conditioned sites (e.g. Ciex & National Museum) in the afternoon to the Hanyang (sp?) park of an evening. Turned into one of my favorite trips to Seoul solo. ❤

The Palace Pond

Lovely pond and pagoda inside the Gyeongbokgung Palace in #Seoul – I visit Seoul often to take a breath and recuperate. When I do, Namsan Tower, the Han River, Cheongyeocheon Stream, and Gyeongbokgung Palaxe are top of my list for revisits. I just love walking around – thinking nothing, but feeling calm ❤🇰🇷
