The Jelly Mystery

The #German Metro #market has every jelly known to man (plum, prune, marmelade, strawberry, apple, blackberry, raspberry. . . . )  All of them EXCEPT Grape! The one I like.  The one that is EVERYWHERE in America but the #Chinese have never heard of.  I miss grape jelly! PBJ is not the same without it. 😭  Met a guy from the #Netherlands the other day, he had never heard of grape jelly either.  What is wrong with the world! 😱 Grape jelly is a staple! A foundational part of biscuits and #breakfast!

Breakfast Fruit!

Breakfaat at the hotel in #southkorea – I think it’s a kind of #lychee? Maybe? It looks all pokey and fuzzy 😜 I like the Color combination!

Easter #Brunch!

Easter Brunch!

Honey-Glazed Ham, Deviled & Colored eggs, Green Beans, Cole Slaw, Rolls, Scalloped Potatos, Drinks and more! My Chinese student Harry came yesterday to cook and craft with me, then today good friends came for the party!

Happy Easter!

Real #American Breakfast

A real #American breakfast!  🍴  In #China, donuts that taste like real donuts and CHEESE! are so hard to come by. We’ll pay a fortune just for a good old-fashioned meal once in a while. The Chinese usually eat soup, dumplings, fried bread, or salad for breakfast, which isn’t my cup of tea. But we’re staying at the Hilton for a couple days – in China, the nice hotels have both an American and a Chinese buffet – makes for quite the array!  🙂
